ABS Auto Salisbury

Poor service and really bad customer service-I got my diff replaced last year and I have had issues since I have asked for the invoice for proof of it being done and now being told I haven’t paided for it and there is no record which is a lie,also I got a service done 8 months ago and my husband is trying to do the service himself as he’s a mechanic as well and he can’t do a service as the sump bolt won’t undo as it has been done up that tight and I called up asking to crack it so we could do it and they want to charge for that when they were the last ones to service my car. Do not recommend abs Salisbury unless you want poor service and your car not running right

Getting rear bushes replaced on my motor home work that i have seen so far is great nice guys to deal with they give me a loan car so i could get back home i certainly can recommend them

I took my car to ABS in Salisbury for an oil leak, they gave it a 100 point service & replaced worn parts which I didn't have to pay for.I found them to be very professional polite & thorough.Outstanding service, brilliant staff & I would highly recommend using their services again.

Great service and quality work, good prices compared to around the place. I'll definitely be coming back.This place did my brakes a few years ago and I haven't had any problems with them since.They also managed to book me in for a diagnostic with 2 days of notice! The other place I usually went to couldn't see me for 3-4 weeks. After I dropped off my car (early, before my booked time), they found the problem within a couple of hours and also offered to fix it. In my case, the previous place I had been going to didn't fit my oil cap properly and it had ruined the coil, so they replaced that and also did my spark plugs which were due. Everything was fixed in less than 4 hours and my car has been running better than it ever has.

Customer service was really good they really helped me out and made sure I was aware of everything before they went ahead with anything. I even got a 50 dollars off my next service which will be really helpful will definitely be coming back

I was charged $20 by ABS Salisbury for 2 minutes of labour to add a flare to a steel brake line. This equates to an hourly rate of $1,200/hr or half of the cost to buy a new brake line flaring kit. Not happy - I will not be going back!

The staff are very friendly and call you to let you know if other repairs are needed on your car...they have a payment plan which the repayments are interest free...l have been using ABS for a long time and can highly recommended them

I had a really good experience with getting my vehicle serviced by SBS as they repaired the transmission and completed a wheel alignment. Now my vehicle drives like a brand new.

Been going there for awhile now an previously been dealing with Michael an khala, rang up the other day to book my car in only to be spoken too badly an told that they had been fired.Adelaide being Adelaide asked around an find that they are running midas port adelaide now, they weren't fired. So that will be my new local. If anyone else is looking for them that is where you can find good help.

Went on their door to door special for $199for x3 services. What a con when arrived phone call to tell me all the extras needed including brakes. Which I had put in year ago. Wouldn't recommend them. Never going back.
