Very bad customer service. Nobody approached me when I went until 5-10 minutes. Didnt even bother to get what I needed done

absolutely disgusted with the service. i have had a full set of shellac nails done twice there and was more disappointed the second time around. i was served by Monique who was completely arrogant; didn’t address meor speak to me the entire time. her answers tosimple questions like pricings were extremely blunt. she was very rough with my hands, shoving my fingers in an out of place and as she was filing she cut one of my fingers. when i flinched after it started bleeding, she blatantly rolled her eyes at me. that’s not even the worst part. Monique her phone open on the counter and was playing pokémon go as she was painting my nails. she would take breaks between fingers to try and catch pokémon!! completely unprofessional, rude and frankly immature. they also charged me $58 when it is advertised to only cost $53 for a full set of shellac acrylics. complete scam. do not go here if you’re looking for a professional and polite business that doesn’t scam your money.

Customer service was appalling. I felt very unwelcome aswell as waiting 20min for service.

Customer service was unpleasant and the quality of nails done is not good. My whole nail has some areas that the colour does not cover. Please don’t waste your time and money here.

Worst experience ever, excessive use of glue, they made a mistake and still charged me for it and they tore the nail away from my skin causing pain and bleeding due to their incompetency, now I am worried of an infection...I’m %100 sure there is better than beyond nails & waxing, avoid going here at all costs...

When I went to this place to get a full set and 3 weeks later, an infill, I was extremely happy with the quality of the nails as they didn't break and I work in a job where I am using my hands all the time, and the colour hadn't faded or chipped. However, due to convenience, I went to a different nail salon to get my acrylics taken off as I was starting to find them a little hindering (not the salons fault I had just changed my mind about them). During the process of taking off the acrylics, my nails started to bleed because of how much product they used to glue and maintain the acrylic to my nail. I am really disappointed by this as I am now in quite a bit of pain under my nails from the removal. I don't know if this is a normal occurrence or just my nails, but I thought I would share my review anyway just in case.
