Told to wear make up , sell or rent my home...I am well qualified..not much done about finding related work!

Majority of the staff were alright but lacked empathy. I ended up having to go to a disability provider anyway but still, not a pleasant experience

Always make an effort to help clients as much as possible

I always feel under appreciated as a person when dealing with these folk. The pressure they put on you to find work, and when criteria’s are fulfilled, they’re no longer interested in you. The atmosphere in these places is depressing!

I have a child in OOHC that lives in NSW and being told that my centrelink payments will be cut due to me having a visit with him (only see him once a month) and missing an appointment. Absolutely no empathy at all.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER

I want to say a massive thank you to Debbie Phillips for helping me get back into the work force.she went above and beyond to get me into my dream job that I will be there until I retire.Debbie was very helpful and understanding in what I was going through mentally, and showed a lot of empathy and went above and beyond for me and didn’t judge me at all, which I get quite a bit. I finally have a rewarding creative job, that I wake up wanting to go to work. Getting this job has helped me immensely, mentally and physically and also in other areas I need help with even after I got the job. I highly recommend tursa Victoria point. Debbie does her job very well.Excellent work. Can’t fault it at all.Dont hesitate to be with Tursa Victoria point to help you get back into the work force.
