I have been a long time customer of this pharmacy and have probably spent thousands here over the years, but no more! I finally see why other people leave bad reviews and say they are rude... because they are. I was spoken to terribly, given something I didn't ask for and spoken to in such a condescending manner when I called later that evening. Will not be going back, you often say you despise me, the feeling is mutual. bye Ken!

Rudest, most unhelpful chemist I have ever been to (twice!!) The male chemist is condescending, rude, sneering, dismissive and arrogant. He has no people skills at all. He shouldn't be working with people. The chemist next door is ten million times better and more compassionate.

Ken and his staff provide appropriate professional advice when required, it's so reassuring to know in this day and age that you fully understand your medication. I would like to give an honest account of my dealings with The wonderful staff at the Day And Night Chemist in Ryrie St.Geelong.I had a prescription filled there this evening.My interaction with the owner i believe his name is Ken.Was the Highlight of my day.He made me smile with his dry humour.Which i get completely.It made my day.I would also like to state,that all the staff at this chemist,have been, helpful.Courteous.And Kind.Always uplifting to have those sorts of interactions.And i have the utmost respect for Ken and his wonderful staff.I highly recommend this business as being hospitable, and an asset to all who require such service.Kind Regards,From,Danny Zambelis.Dated- 15/15/2021.
