Thrive Physio Erina | Thrive Physiotherapy is based in Erina, on the NSW Central Coast. We have been providing physiotherapy, vestibular physiotherapy, remedial massage, and pilates for the Central Coast for over 20 years. We also provide vestibular physiotherapy for vertigo and BPPV. We run small group Pilates classes multiple types a week tailored to all abilities.

I recommend the Thrive Physio team & especially Drew Dart. After he successfully repaired my sporting injuries, I did not hesitate to take my 14 year old son to see him, with his basketball injury. I have left other physiotherapist offices with no improvement to my injures but Drew was able to help every time. He has turned me from being sceptical of physios to him being my go to. Thanks Drew.

Highly recommended. My Physio was Drew Dart. Before my initial appointment I couldn't bend my foot, I was in severe pain, and I could barely walk. After a couple of months of treatment, I'm walking like normal and even bushwalking.

Highly recommend for remedial massage! Had a 60-minute massage with Sophie and she was punctual, asked about prior injuries, and gave me some recommendations on shoulder stretches I could do myself. Professional office with friendly front desk staff made it a really convenient appointment.
