This is the worst property developer in Australia . Very sad that they bought over Australand . Beware of this developer , they give you cheap taps , low ceiling , poor quality and the finished product have so many issues and they will not rectify the problems . Water leaking roof all kinds of issues . No one will attend to you if your off the plan has issue after hand over . Avoid this developer at all cost . Take care guys a total rip off . Worst customer service too , you will reach nobody after you pay and have issue . The workmanship is utterly poor and disgusting .

Totally incompetent and rude. I attended an open house at an apartment in North Ryde. The Agent who i think was Karmen would only give me one word answers and was very negative. I asked if a strata report was available, response NO. I emailed her office to see if i could get a better response but no reply at all. I feel sorry for the owner who chose this agent to sell their property. I notice it still hasnt sold and im not surprised. I was an interested buyer but due to the service i received i walked away.

Fraser property REA in wolli creek is unprofessional, rude and use sneaky tactics in their real estate reports to attempt to impose extra conditions which are not required and nullified under the Residential Tenancies Act. Make sure you educate yourself on your rights as a tenant and don't listen to your appointed unqualified/uneducated agent. Wish I had read the other reviews before signing.

Been to this office a few times and always found the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly. It's conveniently located and very easy to get to from the city. The office itself is very well designed - open, light filled and spacious.

I have leased a property from Frasers Property via Kiran Kaur. Kiran was absolutely fantastic from the initial house inspection!! She was very prompt, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Having a wonderful, professional and experienced property manager does wonders. Kiran defiantly sets the bar high and Frasers surely are proud of her. I will recommend family and friends to Frasers thanks to Kiran. Thank you!

Fraser Property homes are very poor quality. They deny defects and when there are rectifications they are not rectified properly to standards. Four years on Fraser denies the retaining wall defects after this wall continues to shift. Their engineer states the retaining wall is structural sound. Fraser states they will remove the mortar and silicone all the gaps on the retaining wall.

What a horrible builder and management company! I lived in one of their buildings for years and never had a working oven or a vented bathroom. They build cheaply and resist fixing anything. Once they took over the building management, things got worse. The lifts would be out for five days at a time - no apologies, no sense of urgency. Avoid Frasers if you can!

We had inspection with Kirandeep kour and she was very rude and misbehaving also she doesn’t know how to guide clients and show property. Being human and considering profession she doesn’t have way of speaking and much knowledge for giving information .If someone asks about more details she says I don’t have time. I saw her as first worst agent in real estate.

Sadly the reviews are so true. Once they get the contact signed and the money in their hands that’s when the communication ends. Been waiting months to get things fixed (after several emails) yet the excuses are running on overdrive. Save yourself the stress and don’t use this useless REA.
