We are happy with the quality and cost of the service. The pro who came to the house met with my husband, and I later followed up with some further questions. the office staff was very responsive, and when I told them we'd like to purchase their service they again sent someone to our house the same day and by the time we got home, everything was set up.

The technician was personable, timely , knowledgeable and friendly. I am extremely nervous about my rodent issue and he took time to explain in detail what was needed and why. Please read about my experience with the company.On Thursday 27 April I booked a next-day service with Hire us 4 Pest Control for removing wasps in the external wall. I told them this is a rental property, and I was unavailable before 4 pm because I am a school teacher, he said it is better to do the job in the morning between 10 to 11 because I don't need to be there because the wasps are in the external wall, and I agreed and told him that I will let the tenants know to leave the gate open. He did not say anything about payment in advance, and I received a text from Josh to comfirm the price and time. The text said that they would charge $250 inclusive of GST, and it also included the bank account details. It did not say that payment had to be made in advance and there was no tax invoice.My experience of dealing with tradesmen is that they give a quote and if it is agreed they do the work, issue an invoice, and then I pay them.I am a school teacher and the next day I had 6 lessons plus recess and lunchtime meetings. I was in class during the morning. When I came out of class at the end of the day I saw that my tenant had been trying to contact me many times. He left a message saying that the workman had demanded $100 cash payment from him, which he paid and the workman then left without doing the job or issuing an invoice or receipt for the payment.I tried many times to contact Josh who did not answer my calls, and also text him and ask why the hasn't done the work. Eventually, my friend called him and got through. Josh said that his workmen had tried to contact me at about 10 am to request payment in advance of the $250 before they would do the work. they took the $100 from my tenant ( international student） as the job cancellation fee. In fact I did not cancel the job.Josh said that his company would only return to do the work if I paid him another $200 plus GST making a total cost of $320 compared to the quote of $250. I told him I would not do that and requested that he repay the money taken from the tenant. He said he would not do that.I contacted the technician and he said he felt sorry for taking $100 dollars from my tenant because himself also an international student, but he had to follow the company's instructions. He sounds honest.I hope my story will help you make a right choice.

Hire us 4 pest Control were great. We haven't had any ants or spiders since we have been using the service. They're really good. It was really nice. They call in advance and they schedule. They were terrific.

We have used hire us 4 Pest Control over several years. Number one: they come pretty fast. They actually realize you have a pest problem and maybe you don’t want to live with the critters so much. Number two: they send someone smart who really knows what they are doing. Number three: which could be number one, they have non-toxic solutions for the interior and those things really work. I could go on but you get the point: these folks are terrific and professional and worth every penny.

They were super friendly and quick to respond to my urgent rodent infestation, they were punctual and gave me lots of helpful advice on managing a rodent infestation, steps to take next and tips on ensuring rodents stay out of the house. After battling ants ourselves for over a year with no results, we hired Hire us 4 Pest Control to take care of the problem. They came one time and the ants were gone. We now have a quarterly maintenance set up and we have no pest issues at all. If we do spot an ant or a spider or two, we call them and they promptly setup an appointment to come do a spot treatment.
