Kotara Chicken
Raw chicken is fresh and also of good quality; once cooked they are moist and flavourful. Compared to chicken from coles RSPCA and Lilydales the raw meat has more muscular texture and is firm. Sometimes the meat does have a bit of redening and a few feathers but this is entirely normal for meat. Additionally, place appears to be family owned! As long as I'm in the area I will always drop by for my poultry needs.

Sometimes they have amazing dinner options and other times not so great. Mix of fresh and burnt chips tonight, veggies usually great but exceedingly oily today. Potential for improvement.

The chicken rissoles here are horrendous. They seem to be mostly filler" with only a small amount of actual chicken. Expected much better from a "butcher". Hopefully the schnitzels I bought aren't so bad."

Both fresh chicken and cooked chicken available for purchase.Reasonable price for what's on offer in the cooked section.Tasty snack for hitting that hunger craving before you do grocery shopping.Located just near Bakers Delight on the ground level.
