I've mostly had good experience until today the lead working there was really rude about a return that was just over 30daysDid not seek any information or care why. I'm a working mum and this was ordered in for me and I literally have had no time until recently to try it on. I'm not sure why they could not have looked into this given I've been an ongoing member, the dress was $90 and it was unworn with tags. I'm very disappointed at how this was handled and don't feel comfortable to return to this store now in Ingle farm.

Last friday I went into the store looking for a outfit for my work Christmas dinner. The ladies in the ingle farm store were fantastic. I have been struggling to find an outfit that I felt comfortable in and hadn't bought any clothes in a long time. They were very helpful and made me feel welcome and ended up leaving feeling like a million bucks. Great job ladies. I will be coming back and will recommend your store. Thank you for the confidence boost.

Shopped in here with my mother 23/11/22 and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of costumer service provided by the slim short lady with long black hair. As mum is a frequent shopper it was disappointing as this was the first bad encounter we have had.It seemed to be an inconvenience asking if another store had the top my mum liked in her size and when she offered to placed an order in for it, she seemed to just brush us off when asked how long it would take. As someone who works in retail, What happened to good customer service served with a smile?

I had a really wonderful experience with Adriana from the ingle farm shop.She was bubbly and helpful with sizing and helping with fitting and style advice. She was genuinely interested in any small talk we had whilst in store and looking around too wich made us stick around in store longer and want to try on more products.
