Very professional, friendly and helpfull staff...excellent services provided! Would definitely recommend CI Scientific!

Beware of these autoclaves. You get what you pay for. We purchased one over a year ago and have had the autoclave replaced numerous times with another one as they keep breaking down with only minimal use. We still don't have an autoclave from this company that works and they will not refund they just keep swapping them. Thank goodness we have another autoclave that is reliable from another reputable company. It cost a lot more but we never have any problems with it.

Great response to a breakdown that had our production completely stopped.

We utilise CI Scientific on all our calibration and servicing requirements. They are easy to book, have great customer service and provide a quick turnaround on reports.

We purchased a new autoclave, received a demo model, it was sent with the 2 tanks full of water, ZERO connectors, drain hoses or electrical fittings/cable were sent. Five phone calls and now FINALLY we've received the power cord but nothing else - so we still can't use it. We were promised that my phone call would be returned 'within and hour' yesterday at 1:30pm - and by COB - no-one returned the call. Did I mention that we still can't use our $15K investment because we don't have any 'fittings'. And then - in one phone call we were told that we don't need any drain hoses - however both the manual and the video they sent us says that the machine DOES need those items. Enough said.
