I had Sydney Pet Doors install a pet door to my apartment balcony today, and the service was wonderful. I have had three other companies come out to say ‘it can’t be done,’ because I have wood panel mouldings where I wanted it installed, but my technician today (Reece I believe) knew exactly what to do and explained everything before the installation. No home owner is very keen on having holes punched in walls, so I have to say, having someone explain in detail what will happen and what it will look like first really puts you at ease. Overall, the price was very reasonable, everything was included, including clean-up, and the technician was super friendly. As someone who has contacted various pet door installation companies across Sydney, I can confidently recommend these guys. Now just train my stubborn Westie to use it!

Great service, quality and professionalism from start to finish. Clay was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose an ideal product for my apartment and puppy. These guys are the best. I called 5 different places and although I found a slightly cheaper price with one of them, these guys came across far more professionally and friendlier than anyone else.They were so nice, fast and did a great job with the installation. Highly recommended!

There is a reason they have 5 stars on google. They are very professional on the phone and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. They also helped us rotate the back door at our request for a reasonable price in the middle of a hot day. Thanks again guys.

Hard to think how it could possibly have gone more smoothly. Really happy with both the product and the service.The fellow who came out to see us was professional and pleasant, and was also obviously very good at his job. He knew all about the different types of glass and was able to make a clear recommendation as to what kind of door we should get and where it should be installed.He took the measurements on the day and came back a week or so later to do the installation. It all went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with the result - it looks amazing (very neat) and works beautifully.A very happy five stars for both the product and the service. Recommended.

we had 2 pe doors installed from Sydney Pet doors one on our security screen door for summer and one on the sliding glass door for winter. They are so professional in what they do they are very neat and precise on their installation and no mess is left when they complete the work. Their product is second to none and the people you deal with are so courteous, friendly, polite and knowledgeable I highly recommend them to any one who wants a doggy door supplied and installed you will not be disappointed.
