Peaceful area with some parking spots. Very clean and tidy. There are people going for walks and cycling along the concrete trail. It’s got a barbecue facility and a kids playground. There’s a funky smell coming out of the water though, but to be fair, some other lakes and bodies of water do have this smell.

Lions Park
I regularly take our Toy Poodle for long walks around the lake edge. Flat and level and I usually walk halfway around Tuggerah Lakes before reversing direction. Easily spend two hours with a brisk walk. Our dog loves it and great exercise for me. People who are doing the same are friendly and respectful. You do share the track with cyclists, again mostly friendly and respectful.

In addition to the pirate themed playground, this is an excellent place to begin a stroll beside the lake. It's relatively quiet and peaceful, all of course accompanied by the local waterfowl and birds. There's a great view of Tuggerah Lake and of The Entrance across the lake.

Cute little park, plenty for the kids to do. Lovely lake views! (We even got to spot some of Pete Rush's super cool driftwood sculptures)

Cute playground on the lake. Pirate themed with plenty of equipment for young and bigger kids. Newly built and even some space for scooters or balance bikes. Lots of adjacent areas for picnics. Not entirely fenced in but the main areas are. No shade so bring hats!
