This is the first time I’ve ever gone into a room, then walked right back out and asked for a refund. To the person at receptions credit, they did give a refund.Really filthy room. Grimy sink, mouldy shower, toothpaste from previous guests on the bathroom wall, lots of hair on bathroom floor, walls in the room with dirty marks from food, coffee etc. exterior motel should have been a warning sign. No love put into the presentation of the property at all. For the $200 per night that we were quoted, you can definitely find much better.

The proprietor is doing renovations to get it up to a good standard, the bed was clean but poorly made a bit of attention to the services/facilities in the rooms need a feminine touch no hot water in the bathroom sink, toilet wouldn't stop running

Don’t bother using online bookings. Just book directly. Basic motel rooms. Pet friendly. It is old and run down but is reflected in the price ( $137pn for pet room on a Public Holiday ). We had room 8 which is not a pet room but we didn’t like room 12 which was. And management was happy to obliged. Not as bad as all the reviews on here. Please keep an open mind. And only stay overnight when passing through. Then look elsewhere, if staying longer, as it’s mainly for people who cannot afford much. However, our stay was comfortable, and our room was clean. Tamworth is really cold. And the reverse cycling air conditioner worked well in keeping us warm. The frost on the car the next morning at -1 degrees

Great value for the price. Room was clean and well presented. Decor was basic but that’s to be expected. Good ammenities provided in the room. Man at reception was friendly and accommodated our late arrival as we were travelling through town. Overall, great value for money.

Booked for 1 night for $85.00, man at counter cancelled my online booking upon arrival. We thought all good" sign says we get a discount for paying cash and I agree with paying direct to the establishment as they avoid booking fees. We said "great

Room toilet was yellow from dried urine. Bed had crumbs in pretty sure did not put fresh sheets.

The room stunk like mildew and mould. Aircon took ages to work. Used soap and shampoo left in the shower and a very dirty vanity with phlegm in the sink.Don't answer the phone with who they are.I honestly felt dirty when I left. I suppose you get what you pay for.
