Great store for quality handles and knobs. I got all my handles and knobs for my 5 bedroom house from MOP. Connie and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, helping me choose handles that suited my Hampton Style house. The handles are unique and stylish, I couldn’t be happier with them. Great variety and quality designer handles at a great price. What more can you want?

These guys give a new meaning to the word arrogant. 3 times I have tried to purchase something from them & 3 times I have been boxed out of the store. Service is shocking, they are only interested in dealing in large orders. It would be better to just say you don't deal with the public. There are so many places selling architectural door handles. What a pity.

Best hardware in town. From door handles to bespoke aged plates, these guys are the best. Karl and Christian, always knowledgeable, always willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, always willing to help even on the smallest jobs like aging screw heads to perfection. Who else would do that? 6 stars

Knowledgeable staff and quality hardware but not great service. Slow to respond, I always had to follow up, phone, email, often no response even though I had a large order.

The service is ok, can be slow sometime. You get a nice heshen bag which convinces you of getting a fraction of your moneys worth. They won't accept returns (one out of 20 purchased) because they put too much time and effort into the order"."

What an awful experience. Phone calls not returned. Emails not replied to. I waited weeks for a quote, promised to me time and time again. I’ve finally given up. I got the message - Mother of Pearl do not want my business. Terrible, non existent customer service. So disappointing. Be warned.
