Sam came out 2 days before Christmas to look at our water leak issue and then did us a massive favour by coming out on Christmas eve to provide a temporary fix. He then came back in the new year to complete the job. He is a great guy, friendly, accommodating, well priced and keeps in touch to let you know when he is arriving. He also did a brilliant job to problem solve and fix the issue!

Had four roof leaks following a heavy storm and also needed parts of the gutter cleaned out. Was anxious to find a trustworthy, reliable local (Point Cook) person to do the repairs. Contacted Sam who came, climbed on the roof and took photos for an estimate of the work to be done. The quote I received was free, reasonably priced and very explicite. I booked him to come when it would be safe to climb on the roof without rain. From our first contact, I knew I could trust him for the job. A lovely person to talk to, who takes the time to explain the damage and how he's going to fix it. Sam did a great job. Without a doubt, I think I have found my local plumber.
