A really well constructed company, always very helpful and reliable and have been a huge help at my residential college. The staff, in particular Sean, were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone for large scale wifi works. Thank you very much Cymax for all your help!

This company really helped turn around our failed and unsecure email system. Sean was great, really good customer service and there was hardly any interruption to my work on the day he came in to help me out. Now I can happily send and receive emails without errors in the system. Highly recommend this professional company.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Cymax for their outstanding support and customer service.Cymax came to our rescue in early December 2022, after we had a catastrophic server failure at our onsite DC.The DELL support team had reached the limit of their abilities to fix the hardware.As such we had to start working on alternative plans to get things operational for a return to business as usual, in the early hours of Monday morning.After reaching out to many businesses and contacts, we were given the contact details of Sean Dendle from Cymax.We called Sean late on a Saturday evening and explained our predicament.Sean was amazing and very empathetic of our predicament; Sean took the call whilst out to dinner and informed us he might have servers of a similar type that we could utilise to get us out of the disaster zone we were in.Sean followed up early the next morning with a list of servers that he had available.We proceeded with our Plan B which was to resurrect our old DC hardware which had been powered off for 3 years.Plan B got us limping across the line for BAU on Monday morning after many hours of configuration and restoration from backups.In the coming days, we raced up the highway to get the loan servers from CymaxDue to chip shortages, Christmas delivery hours and Christmas shutdowns, we had a few months to wait until we would have replacement servers.To add to the already delicate predicament, one blade in the resurrected DELL chassis had failed and we had disks on the SAN notifying us of Predictive failures, after being fired up from a 3-year snooze.After getting the Servers from Cymax we lifted and shifted our VMs over to them and everything ran smoothly whilst waiting for the new servers to arrive.It has been hard to put into words, how much Sean and his team rallied to assist us.Cymax’s responsiveness, understanding and compassion to aiding a team/company that was unknown to them, enabled our businesses to continue operations, whilst waiting on new hardware.

Cymax had amazing customer service and their dedication to providing a quality product was impeccable. Can not fault the work they do and they always leave me impressed! Would definitely recommend to a friend
