They treat hair mindlessly, specially the younger woman, she shows no professionalism at all, using their tools in a very nasty manner. She is always staring at her mobile while working on your head.What's more, I personally have no problem if they speak their own language in their own workplace, but they speak at your back about how your treatment is going! and you have no idea of what is going on.I have had this straighten treatment before and the results this time were poor. Hardly had I washed my hair when it starts to look wavy again. As a result, I had to go again for a double-check, and believe it or not, there were some women complaining about the same matter.No wonder, however, they will post your pictures with the immediate results in the saloon after the treatment.!I hope to foster them and not to discourage anyone to take a gamble though.

Ana Has been my stylist for almost 7 years. Her atention to detail and commitment to perfect results is what makes me go back to her over and over again. She has passion for her work and that is visible on the range of products she developed in the last years.I travel just over 1 hour to my haird done with her and won't do it with anyone else.

Ana and her daughter do a great job with keratin straightening. They are very friendly and take good care of their clients. The place is not unhygienic as per the disgruntled customer who didn’t want to pay the Correct pricing. My hair is very long and I’m always aware of the price I’ll pay and happily pay it for the excellent work they do. Have referred my friends to see Ana and her daughter.

Beautiful mother and daughter working in salon they did a great job at keratin straightening to my frizzy curly hair and another time I had Botox treatment completed very happy with results and highly recommend +++++++

I'll be very honest here, I had my hair/makeup done here for the first time. I loved my makeup, but I wasn't happy with how the other lady did my hair..she rushed my hair coz it was time for them to close. They didn't do a good job on my hair. But I like the lady that did my makeup. She is good in what she does and always puts 100% in her work.

I’m being doing keratin straightening treatment with Ana since 2018 and I have no complaints!Ana and her daughter are amazing!Good price, good quality and what really made me choose her work, Honesty.I know I can trust Ana when talking about my curly/crazy hair, she has never disappointed me.And it is wonderful to see how much they are growing with time, the salon is getting better and better.

These ladies do such a great job at such a reasonable price. The man below who is complaining has no idea what he is talking about. The hair salon is clean, well maintained and efficient in what they do. I will continue to recommend them to friends and acquaintances who comment on how great my hair is looking!

I had a keratin straightening done. The job Ana and her team have done on my hair for the last 3 years is amazing. I always walk away feeling beautiful.

I have been going to Ana for about 5 years for Keratin straightening. The last few times that I had the Keratin done it has not lasted more than a month(which I mentioned to Ana). On the 10th of November 22, I had a Keratin straighten done. I washed my hair on the 18th of November. I went on holiday and when I got back, 12th December, I contacted Ana to tell her that my hair was wavy and not straight at all. She told me that they only guarantee it for 4 weeks(which should be after the 1st wash). Previously the Keratin lasted longer than 4 weeks. My 1st wash was the 18th of November. She did not even ask me to come in so she can have a look at my hair. The products which she now uses is different to what she used previously. There was no smell or even the slight burning which I had previously. Very disappointed in the way she just dismissed what I said and actually did not care even though I've been a client for so long!
