BEWARE!! WORST QUALITY EVER!!Paid 95$ for a “basic” car wash (which is way too expensive) and came back from office to see a ton of scratches on the hood of my car!!! Terrible quality and workmanship

I am so amazed with the service these guys did on my car on the weekend.My car was overlooked for few months and I decided to get it interior detail and wash outside. The person suggested me two packages $350 and $220 . $350 was bit over my budget and I went with $220 interior detail.I came back after 2 hours I couldn’t believe how clean it was.I am so happy and thankful for the attention to detail work.

Shoddy. $35 wash only includes super cursory external wash over surface of vehicle (not under side view mirrors or bug guard) and basic vacuum (not under foot carpet inserts) and NOTHING more-Not even a dash wipe. Same as an automatic drive thru but without the fun

Waste of money. Do not go to this service.Paid $300 for a full detail and drive away at night thinking it was all great. The next I found my windows were actually more dirty than when I dropped the car off and the wheels had not been properly cleaned. The windows were so dirty it unsafe to drive. I went back to ask for money back and they tried to argue that a window clean only cost $10 and offered me a voucher. When I said that was unacceptable to charge $300 and I would not be returning so a voucher was useless and I wanted cash back they refused and gave me an email to contact.

Attempted to charge me $70 for a wash and polishI advised I’m in after outside only no tires shine no windows.Just wash and dry he advised $50.000I stopped and thought for few seconds and said sorry $50???Yes he confirmed $50For just a wash and dry I pay no more than $25.00Max at airport west he said not possibleI’m a liar and you mr a thief $50 for a wash and dry on hatchback is robbery.Website says $29 for outside and $39 for in and out!!!Don’t reply with your basic cut and paste reply pretending to be concerned your low star reviews confirm the real service.

Absolutely woeful, I spent 325 dollars on a full exterior and interior detail, I came back to find they had missed half the car, have barely even touched the seats and the floor was quite literally dripping with water. I would never in my life go back and do not recommend anybody else does either

After picking up my car from their wash service (which is ridiculously overpriced), I realised my audio head unit would no longer pick up digital radio or my phone when connected by USB. The person who has washed my car is clearly inexperienced, and sprayed cleaning solution into the head unit causing permanent shorting in the circuit.I'm now needing to replace an $1900 audio system because I trusted the incompetent team and Star Car Wash with a simple interior polish. Pathetic.After calling twice and not getting a call back, I'll be visiting in person to get a refund and compensation next Saturday. Keep an eye out for me!

Extremely disappointing! I was charged $85 for the full interior exterior clean. I was in a hurry and trusted them and didn't check my car then and there. When I got home and checked my car, they had missed a lot of spots. Seats, door sides, boot, car floor, dashboard were less then satisfactory. Never going back again!!!
