It’s been 25 years since my last TKD class but have been relatively active in the time since. The next day after my first class with WT I could tell my body needed the workout and now after two months I’m feeling more energetic, flexible and confident in my TKD skills. Unfortunately due to sudden lockdowns we were unable to do our training in person but have been able to participate in online courses via Meet. I’m glad I’ve joined White Tigers, the trainers have been great and the training has been great!
