Kelly’s gentle professionalism and her relaxed nature made me feel very comfortable. (I’m easily put off by pushy people!) He kept us up to date and fully informed with the process and was always timely in communicating and was always punctual. He clearly understands the local market and has strong values and principles.He articulated his messages. ~Excellent!!~Justin͏ and Kelly sold our house for us recently and I can highly recommend both of them! Their level of professionalism and service was outstanding! As first time sellers, we needed guidance on the process and Justin & Kelly were patient and thorough when giving advice. They provided honest and prompt communication throughout the process and always made themselves available to answer any questions we had. They even went out of their way to link us up with other professionals when we needed a couple of small jobs completed before selling. Okay, 5 stars equals perfection and no company is perfect, but LJH Taree deserve far more the 80% that 4 stars would indicate. I am currently dealing with a real mess my mother has been given by another property management company that were either totally incompetent or criminally culpable in failing to recognise that a long term tenant was sub-letting the apartment by the room as short stay accomodation .Looking back through the 6 years of statements and correspondence from the managing agents I could see that there had been no rent increases or property inspections during that period but my mother had been asked to pay for repainting and new carpets. Don't let this happent to you, LJH TAREE inspect my properties every 6 months and send me a very detailed condition report with photos as well as suggesting exterior maintenance be scheduled when required, the staff are always responsive and helpful whenever I query anything,

Very hard to get information about how to apply for rentals. Could not speak to a property manager and seemed to be given contradictory information about video viewing of a property when I was unable to be at a viewing personally. Still waiting for an email containi g a video of the property said to be sent to me yesterday.
