Was not helpful at all, customer service was poor and didn't try to offer a solution to my problem, instead just told me I shouldn't be attempting to work on my project as I don't know what I'm doing when I've changed this bolt in the past many times. Will never return to this store in future

RUDE called him up he said yes he has the bolt so went strait down there. Then refused to sell me the bolt. He has some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. 100% AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful on every bolt and rivet type I've ever needed over the last 8 years, excellent service. Judging from the other reviews I'd say the store has little patience with people who shouldn't be pulling things apart in the first place lol
