They treat you like everyone else...a NUMBER not a client. They never helped me with finding work. They always made phone appointments so I couldn't come in person. When ever I had phone appointments they were extremely short, blunt and quick. Extremely poor communication, rarely ever responded to texts...calls or emails which was really disappointing! I told them the type of work I am looking for and what jobs I can't do due to my asthma and no matter what they consistently failed to listen and kept trying to put me forward for jobs I wasn't wanting just so they didnt have me long just to get their govt payment. It took till I said I was transferring that they panicked and changed my resume as their way of bribing me into thinking they would help me. Never asked for my resume to be changed as mine was very professional already, I viewed the one they changed and it was absolutely garbage. They don't care about what you want and they don't listen.If you want a good employment agency, DO NOT GO TO THIS MOB. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!!
