Anytime Fitness

Ive been to many anytimes and this is the only one with weights so neatly organised. It makes it so much easier to take weights off the rack and use it rather than having to rearrange 2 plates to use 1. Well done to management and members for keeping the gym so clean.

Worse anytime fitness ever been with the company for 7 years, Burwood anytime fitness is the dirtiest of all, non of the shower head works properly, stinkiest and moldiest toilets worse then third world country , lots of personal trainers even though the place is small . Sometime you can’t workout properly because personal trainer taking over the place not very friendly mgt. feels like my money going to the drain might change the gym.

Anytime Fitness Burwood is one of the best gyms I have signed up to, not only are the staff extremely attentive, friendly and helpful but the gym community at this facility are especially welcoming! The place has quality equipment and maintains great hygiene standards. Not only are the facilities great but the culture makes you want to strive to be better. The only con is the gym gets busy at peak hours but it’s to be expected. Would recommend!

I've been a member at this gym for more than 2 years and have 0 complaints. Gym staff and trainers are very helpful and friendly, equipments are top quality and well maintained, and the gym is very clean!

Staff are nice and helpful. Overall clean and tidy. It’s a good place for general training.

I've been a member of several different anytime gyms and the staff, pt's and even the other members at Burwood are by far the friendliest and nicest. The gym does get packed out later towards the day so I try to go earlier. Music is always pumping at the gym, bringing the good vibes! Love the monthly challenges as well.Staff and members are conscious of putting away weights and keeping the gym tidy. Overall a great gym to train at and very convenient to the station and shops as well.

Extremely disappointed and annoyed. Terrible experience. After one-year contract, they still direct debit my account month by month. I didn't recognise it at first until I received an overdue notice email last month(4 months after the contract). It is my fault. I should have read the contract seriously. But I believe the point that customers have to pay monthly even after the end of the contract is sooooooo important that staffs ought to tell. But no one told me at the time I signed my contract. I paid several months for NOTHING. So REALLY BAD SERVICE. NEVER RECOMMEND. Also! Last month I went to the gym and cancelled my contract. You know what?! I received an overdue notice yesterday and today. I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED!!!!!! DO NOT BOTHER ME AGAIN OK??? This is the first time I leave a public complaint. Really annoyed. My friends and I will never go there.

Although the size of the gym isn't the best, the size available within the gym has been used well. The machines have been setup in optimum way and are of great condition. Most staff are friendly and the vibe is great.Just wish that towel policies are enforced a bit stricter. I've noticed that in evenings, some people leave a streak of sweat down the relatively new machines. Not the fault of the gym though. Me and my wife enjoy the gym and have done so for 6 months or so.

Good enough gym though I can't believe none of the cardio have free to air tv.

I appreciate that they don’t blare the music at this gym, like so many other AFs do. It could use a bit of an update but otherwise has a decent range of equipment and good space. The mezzanine level/openness means it does get a bit hot in warmer weather, though.
