Very very bad customer service!! The machine eat my 2 dollar. And the staff told me because I put it in too quickly, they can't give me back. And also I can't cancel the transaction. Must to pay the rest! Very good point! A clever machine, you eran 2 dollar today!I would like to go little bit far to woolis next time! Not much money. But a bad evening.

1 cashier open and it's Thursday. I find every coles I go to I just grab the necessities I don't do a full shop at coles because I can't wait to get out. I prefer woolworths for my weekly shop I love the vibrant colours in the fresh food section it's so much more organised

Tried to use self-service registers woman with large trolley pushed in then blocked passageway. Staff did nothing like ask her to move. Then staff instructed me to a broken register then told me off when i moved to the next one that was working

Lady on check out finished her shift and left three customers standing for aprox 7 mins .No explanation .Result :: Stand and wait because there was no other ile open.Absolutely disgracful.It will not happen to me again because I WON'T be back.

Selling out of date items. It’s 20th of January and I bought garlic with best before date put “25/12/2022”. And I was shopping late at night for a quick meal prep. And when I got home I checked the garlic I bought and it was way past it’s “best before” date. Bad stock management. Disappointed.

If I could give this store no stars I would!Don't purchase via uber eats for this store, they substitute items without permission & with alot cheaper products!They made no attempt to discuss a substitution.If they are out of stock on a product, don't advertise it for sale.I called store about this and the rude staff member didn't give a dam.She just said call customer service & had no problem that the store ripped me off.They didn't even check if we had allergies to the new product chosen!DONT ORDER HERE USING UBER EATS

Has all a Coles supermarket has to offer. Has a hole in the roof that has been leaking water for over 6 months. Most of the staff clearly don't want to be there.

Bought an item that appeared to be wrong price, had to wait for 15 mins to get a service for a potential adjustment, the lady (Sharmin) show up for service was extremely unprofessional, blem us for taken the wrong products from the shelf, and she left us and keep serving other customers, we had to wait further 10 mins and to call her back to continue the wrong price dispute. We did get our refunds at the end, but it's the worse experience out of all coles shops I have experienced in Australia.
