I cannot praise the care and treatment that Dr Amos gave to myself and my terminally ill dog yesterday enough.It’s a tough situation to deal with, for the vet and the owner, he was compassionate, kind and went out of his way to ensure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision for my beloved dog.Thank you

It’s always a pleasure attending! With an excellent front of house staff and superlative care from the vet team, I have peace of mind knowing my dogs are well cared for, and have the team have their best health in mind!

The team at Lakeside Vet Centre is absolutely fabulous, from the reception staff to the nurses to the vets. I have a diabetic Australian terrier that also has a diagnosis of Addison's disease. As one can imagine, we have many emergency trips to the vet as well as very regular check ups. I have always felt that the staff listen and pay attention to my concerns, and when they don't know the answer to something, they are honest and will do research and pass the information on. When I had COVID a few months ago and my boy was unwell, they were happy to help me over the telephone. The staff definitely do not take a one-size-fits-all approach, and everything is individualised. They explain everything clearly and never balk at any questions we may have. Most importantly, because my boy spends a lot of time there, it is important that he feels safe and settled. In actual fact, if I tell him he's going to the vet, he gets excited, runs to the car and then jumps out in excitement when we get there. He loves the staff and they have treated him with such care and compassion that he tolerates all the blood tests and injections really well. He greets each of them s if they're his long lost friends and he's never upset when I have to leave him there for the day.Thank you Lakeside Vet Centre for helping us make sure Ollie lives his best life with the best care. We really appreciate everything you do.
