From the first contact it was evident that Masaaki took great pride in his work and has a passion for what he does. I don’t think my knives have ever been as sharp as they are now (and I’ve used other professional knife sharpeners in the past). The customer service is second to none and the results are tremendous. Just seeing Masaaki handle a knife shows he has great care and respect for them. I would highly recommend anyone (whether you know how to sharpen or not) using Saito knives for knife sharpening.
