Absolutely zero customer service , the sales guy always ignored our calls , would text to say he’d return our call but never didBig enough to sell you a car but not to follow up on any issues you may have . Would not recommend this place

Absolutely terrible and unethical service centre.My car got towed there because of a system fault and it took them 2 weeks to find the problem. No courtesy car provided although they advised me to hire a car and they would reimburse which Nissan HQ said no to. During the 2 week period they allowed an employee to drive my car to the central coast and back to “test the car”.Absolute joke of a place.
