The service, the staff, the car was great - the entire ordeal was a seamless process from booking online to picking up the car and dropping off. Thank you especially to the ladies at the front desk for taking care of me. True definition of great customer service. Would definitely recommend booking here. Also no hidden costs, everything is advised upfront when booking. They really take care of you here.

I wouldn’t even give hertz Penrith a one star. The customer service is shocking. The staff are so rude and unwilling to help customers. Their quality of cars are terrible. Interior and exterior is dirty and have weird musty smells. DO NOT HIRE A CAR FROM HERE

We hired a Van from them. They asked us to pay for a small dent on the windshield that was made because of a flung rock while travelling long distance. While we were being charged another employee informed that the dent was made when the Van was hired previously. Make sure to take pictures of every nook and cranny of a hired vehicle if you hire from them.

Had a hire car for just over a month due to my car being damaged in a car accident. My insurer arranged everything but upon returning the car I was told that it was over the return time even though my insurer had told me it was due at end of day. I was stuck on hold to my insurer for over 40mins trying to get it sorted, Staff member James was really good with offering solutions to me being stuck here on hold saying that I could return the car to a location near the repairer (wishing now I listened to his advice as my car in fact was not fully repaired) so that I could get moving faster whilst being on hold. If I had a staff member like James I would be very happy as he was looking out for both his company and his customer.Edit - I will be back this afternoon Jess... I should have listened to James!

The absolute worst reception staff. Cold, impersonal, judgmental, unhelpful, and containing no personality (what a surprise). Hertz Penrith, please hire new reception staff. Everytime we go here we're left with a bad feeling.

I hired car from hertz through my insurance. They take $200 as a security deposit and 15 days gone i not received my security deposit. Worst customer service. They are not help for anything.
