Ross has a deep & rich understanding of yogic practice that he uses to tailor his classes to individual skill levels. I love Ross's classes especially love his wonderful yoga nidra meditations.

Touch Heart Yoga
I have attended Ross' classes for a while now and continue to look forward to his classes. They are never the same or repetitive, but consistent, challenging and building on previous learnings. And they are both physically and mentally rewarding. Highly recommended if you are serious about getting into yoga practice . Some level of fitness is required.
