I highly recommend this place. Adrian has helped me immensely through a sports-based rehab program to restore mobility and rebuild muscle strength when I broke my arm. Adrian is very thorough and ensured constant communication with both my surgeon and trainer to accelerate my healing process and as a result, I was back in modified training in 2 months and was cleared to spar and fight again in 5 months when the original outlook was 9-18 months. He has also helped me for many years with all sorts of injuries from training and fighting so you can be sure that he offers extensive experience and the best care possible..

Adrian was sensational. After hurting my shoulder he squeezed me in with short notice and provided a program of support that got me moving again quicker than we had expected.He listened to my goals... set relatable targets and followed up the whole way through.Very highly recommended!
