Special Terrace House

On our terrace house Martyn gave us lots of great design options and even got our favourite design approved by council. He and the team brought the design to life during construction, and took extra care to provide us with top quality finishes. Definitely give him a shout out.

Martyn was simply brilliant; the highest quality work executed with such dedication and care. We are absolutely thrilled with the result!Martyn was a pleasure to work with - he managed the council approval process expertly having deep knowledge on regulations to facilitate approval on the first round. During the project he always had recommendations to overcome issues that inevitably arise in a renovation of this scale which was so valuable. He was also incredibly innovative in his designs and in spotting opportunities, while being conscious of the things that matter in a small inner-city terrace house - space, storage and keeping friendly with the neighbours. He delivered on everything he promised (and more) and on time - no small feat during covid!Even after the renovation had finished, he helped out yet again in accessing the top floor window to help move the furniture in - seriously above and beyond.I would highly recommend Martyn as the best builder you're going to find.
