UPDATE - this was written 4 weeks ago, we have had our first hearing with NCAT since which has been swiftly moved to the next stage. We look forward to the outcome of the final hearing and never having to see or speak to these people again.DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.Do trust these reviews. They will tell you they are written by a scorned ex employee, as that’s exactly what they told me. I’m also expecting a rude reply from their ‘owner’ who refuses to even get on the phone to me.We purchased a $40,000 car from them 4 weeks ago. It came with ‘mechanical warranty’, ‘full service’, ‘safety check’ and roadworthy certificate.We were assured it was a good car and had no issues.As we drove away from the dealership an error came up for the suspension. ‘No worries bring it back we’ll fix it’ we were assured. Then we found oil leaks all over our driveway the first night. ‘No worries we’ll fix it, it’s just residue from a leak we fixed’. The Bluetooth doesn’t work. Then the alarm started going off every 2 hours.Aftet leaving it with them for a few days nothing had been fixed. So we decided to pay for a full post purchase inspection from an independent mechanic. Oh boy. Over $10,000 worth of issues (including the fact the car isn’t actually roadworthy!!).Two independent mechanics deemed the vehicle dangerous and unsafe to even drive.And low and behold - these guys have now remembered we didn’t get a warranty on the car so they will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it.They are deceitful, misleading and remind me greatly of Harry Wormwood from Matilda.Do not buy from them. Do not trust them. These reviews are all real and Fair Trading is very familiar with them.I look after children with disabilities and we have now been one vehicle down for 4 weeks…. And will be for the foreseeable future.I don’t know how these people are still in business.

Bought a Mercedes truck from these people for 40k, had issues with it after driving it for a few days. They checked it out a few times taking the truck to them. Their mechanic couldn’t work out why my truck looses power when driving long distance. They said take it to your mechanic work out the issue let us know and will wear the cost because the truck still had warranty. After paying for my mechanic to check it out coming back with 2k-3k to fix the issue the, pennant hills auto traders voided my warranty saying I have no more warranty with them. Don’t trust these thieves now I’m stuck with a truck that looses power that I have to pay to repair when it was ment to be on them. Be careful of these people they have their tacktics on when and why they can void warranty on a car that leaves their yard!!

Can only speak for the cafe out back of this place.It is pretty good. The specials are good value.

Had the great displeasure of dealing with the staff as they tried getting me over the line" on the phone and in person before I'd even had a complete inspection of the vehicle or even driven it. Sadly I did put a deposit down and their misleading contract had me under the impression I would be reimbursed for my deposit if I found an issue with the car

Don’t put any deposit down with these guys you won’t get it back . Enjoy your free $1000 all nice before your not approved for finance then the true colours come out when your not approved. Total grub Ian creek

Buyer beware. Communication was haphazard. But main reasons for the review is Ian will lie to your face with a smile. Purchased car knowing it would likely needed an engine rebuild (but not according to Ian). According to Ian it was his personal car - which a quick check turned out it was purchased cheaply through auctions. I was going to post the review until I arranged the engine rebuild and found out that even the small things Ian said he would do (coil packs replaced…) was not done. $50,000 for a rebuild is out of his control, but lying is well within it. Get a pre-purchase inspection.Coming back to edit Ian as you think I’m a liar. You advised me the Porsche 911 was yours and you losing it in a divorce. You weren’t aware but I’d already spoken to autohaus and understood the car and what was wrong with it. Oddly the only service record seemingly missing was from autohaus which talked about bore score. You then advised me you did a compression check because you couldn’t do a bore check. You then gave me a receipt for the coil packs you ‘installed’. That you didn’t because I’ve got the old ones which were mismatched from the car. The autohaus guys advised me that you got the car from auction cheaply.You advertised my traded vehicle incorrectly as one owner as well. I can keep giving details of your conduct if you’d like to call me a liar…

Unbelievably poor customer service. Rude condescending tone from the tall gentleman at the lot, very strange manner to treat a potential customer. Would steer clear away from this business as many of the other reviews also reflect.

Very poor service from this car yard. Accepts no responsibility if any issues arise from their service. You will note they are not a dealership for any make of vehicle, I understand they can't get one.

In 2002 I purchased our family car, a low mileage Toyota Camry Conquest Wagon from Ian Creak at Pennant Hills Auto Traders (then Cars Autohaus). It recently had its 190,000km service and is still providing reliable service, only ever requiring regular service and consumables.I found Ian very easy and honest to deal with, as he listened to our needs, and supplied a vehicle which served us very well over many years and miles without fault. I would have no hesitation in recommending, or purchasing another vehicle from Ian and his business.

There aren’t enough words I can use to describe these rats. They’re definitely not human.Humans have a moral compass.Edit: My name has nothing to do with the validity of my review. What is your excuse for the other 80% of negative reviews, are they all a coincidence? Abysmal. Shocking business practices that will be dealt with by NSW Fair Trading. Lie to customers saying repairs will be taken care of, then backtrack while landlines are recorded and will be subpoenaed in court. Goodluck - you're going to need it you rat.
