To add a surcharge for paywave or credit card to already inflated airport pricing is an archaic way of doing business, if small businesses can afford not to pass on the surcharge how can a larger company deem this good business practice?

Reasonable retail shop in the middle of Launceston Airport. Prices are typical airport nature and there was a reasonable selection.

Asked the lady at the counter if the earpods we just brought didn't fit orv work with our tablet, could we bring them back and change them as there was none there to see in the flesh she said yeah sure.Took them back over as they didn't work and couldn't hear out of them properly and she said ooh no, you've damaged the box so we can't do anything now!!What a waste of money and no help. Will never buy anything from there again.
