Phil and the boys were great! From the moment I walked in to the store, Andy provided me with a quick but very accurate quote based on my very rough estimate of the dimensions I needed. The flooring including a staircase was completed within two days and all of the guys were friendly and the new hybrid floor looks and feels great! We recently purchased carpet from Amy at Bayside Flooring Xtra for our new home. Aside from the fact that we got a high quality carpet 40% cheaper than the mainstream flooring companies, Amy was an absolute delight to work with. Our builder (who doesn’t to get a glowing review!) was challenging to deal with making installation and scheduling a challenge. Despite all of this, Amy kept us constantly updated on our installation and negotiated with the builder in an extremely professional manner. We received excellent service and fantastic value for money. Everyone compliments us on our carpet and we don’t hesitate to tell them where we got it from!

Highly recommend this business, they were very professional and not pushy whatsoever. With the help of Andy we managed to get our carpet ordered and laid just in time for Christmas! The installer also did a fantastic job. Great pricing and quality.

What was quoted as a 1 day job has turned into a 4 month affair with 3 seperate appointments spanning a number of days. Floor work was poor quality and I was invoiced despite work not being complete. 4 months post initial appointment and I still am awaiting skirting boards and flooring repairs in 4 rooms. Customer service is non existent, continue to be passed around through generic email addresses. No way to escalate a complaint. Would never recommend using to anyone - missed multiple days of work waiting for tradesman that never turned up. Once you pay the initial 80% deposit you will never hear from them again

Fantastic service, Amy, Phil and Andy did a wonderful job in delivering a fantastic looking flooring. When it came to faults in our flooring from our builder, Phil was more than helpful to share his building knowledge so that we could get it fixed before he started laying our flooring. Other companies would have just laid over the faults a we would have had major trouble down the track .. Thank you for doing a top job, cant recommend you guys enough.

Amazing service from start to finish. Andy showed us all the range and could not have been more helpful his customer service was impeccable.Phil the manager and owner along with his team fitted our beautiful new hybrid flooring to 6 rooms in one day, including removing the carpets, removal of skirting boards, fitting the boards and reinstalling the skirting boards. They were extremely friendly, professional and cleaned up all areas. Bravo team bayside flooring xtra. Andy even came back to inspect that night and make sure we were happy.
