Greg Bolto sold my house yesterday. I was so impressed with the service he provided to me. His real estate experience shines through from the minute you sit down with him and view the extensive information package he has prepared. He was a fountain of knowledge throughout the process and a rock to rely on when I was uncertain. When you see him in action as an auctioneer you know he was born to do it. Patient, likeable, professional. Once my house was sold it just confirmed that everything he had told me during the process was 100% truthful. I thoroughly recommend him.

I would like to highly recommend Greg Bolto and his team. After having our investment property looked after by a different agency previously, I can honestly say that the Harcourts team is professional, respond quickly to emails, and is good value for money. I no longer have to constantly go back and forth to the previous agent to get clarification of statements, let alone have to check each month carefully for mistakes which were always to the previous agent's benefit.

Greg Bolto has and always will be a arrogant snot of a human. Very difficult to deal with and talks down to purchasers and in my case a potential vendor. Grow up and learn to be a nice human.
