They always have the right advice and will always take the time to talk it through with you. They are super friendly and efficient with top notch product knowledge and customer service. These guys have saved my pool from the green water devil so many times! Robbie is always super kind to me, even though she knows I'm Mudgeeraba's worst pool owner. On my last visit, I was given *extra-special-fast-friday-service* when they knew I was going away for the long weekend and fixed my Salt Water Chlorinator last minute. Cheers Team.

A terrific experience. Ordered a replacement Onga pump Monday around 9.30. Delivered to my home address next day in Brisbane Rare to receive Service like that in todays climate.Will continue to use whenever pool has problems.5 Star Service and price

I have been a customer of Platinum Pool and Spa for the past 7 years. Over this time they have replaced my sand filter, pool pump and I have bought a suction cleaner through them. I wouldn’t use any other pool shop based on the experiences I have had with them. Whenever I have a problem or even a question about my pool, Jade and his staff are happy to give me advice (for free). I have always found their service to be great and their prices really good, thanks guys.

I have always been very happy with the service I have received at Platinum Pool & Spa Centre over the last 5 years or so. Recently I bought a new Davey ECO pump from Jade and he sent a pool system installer named Nick who was very patient with my endless questions and gave me good answers and great advice thank you Nick! The new pump is so much quieter than our last pump that my wife and I are kicking ourselves we didn't install one like it last time the pool pump fuzzed out. I have also bought chlorinator cells, sand filters and other bits and pieces over the years and I think the trustworthy advice I have received is the main reason I always go back to Platinum for big ticket purchases.

Platinum Pool Care have been our Mudgeeraba Pool Shop for over 5 years now. They take care of all of our pool cleaning, pump repairs and pool chemical requirements. I find is incredible a company like platinum pool care spends a great deal of time and effort creating an e-bay page, offering great service, and don'tbother returning promised calls regarding possible product purchases.I was interest in purchasing a Zodiac pool cleaner, but wasn't sure which model, so I called for advise. The lady explained the person I needed to talk to was busy, but would return my call shortly. Two days later, I'm still waiting! Don't bother, just keep pouring your money in ads to generate leads!!

In response to owners response. The item is in stock and available as Robbie the lady I spoke to said they had one in stock and to come down and have a look! When I asked for a price match the above happened. I also Spoke to Robbie after the review and she still said they have one left available in store..unbelievable!!
