Sonia is very knowledgeable on all their products, very explanatory with information, so you don’t leave without knowing exactly what is the process etc. We had a gvm upgrade on our new DMax, Sonia sorted out the issue with Services Australia, Sonia went beyond what was required to get this issue fixed, I would highly recommend them on the service and helpfulness.

My 2 year old triton went im for a lift and came back with a low speed shudder and a high speed vibration . When i complained they said thats normal . Not happy

Got a snorkel installed on my dmax. Good customer service, quick install and super friendly.

Went to these guys after having troubles with another brand of leaf springs in my Triton sagging lower than stock height with under 70% of rated load applied. They ensured me they will fix the problem and I wont have any sagging issues with their leaf packs. First set sagged within a week. They had their supplier send a new “custom” set. This pack was so stiff it was dangerous on and off road. I followed various advice from them even lowered my front suspension which had zero effect on the leafs (as I suspected). More run around “we’ll fix it”. I ended up having to rip apart both sets of leaf packs I now had and make a new set out of the two packs to get the advertised ride height and comfort. Even now this has sagged and is bouncey and soft with a loss in ride height. Ute feels like a boat. Will be taking this poor quality product out of my triton as soon as i can afford to. Nothing but empty promises from this brand.

We had the guys do a 3 lift and suspension upgrade on our work/display Ford Ranger for Parsons Outdoors Erina - They did an excellent job calculated all the extra weight we would be putting in the vehicle including Bull Bars Draws fridges Roof Top tents etc and supplied the right suspension to handle the weight - feel free to drop in and have a lookHighly Recommended"

I recently had a Bull bar fitted to my Toyota Prado. When I got home I noticed that the side gaps were quite large compared to other vehicles. I emailed Sonia who very quickly responded and booked my vehicle back in a few weeks later to look at. They did some adjustments to the bull bar and it looks great. I’m really happy with how this was dealt with

The lady at the front desk was very professional and helpful but the 2 inch lift for my hilux wasn’t installed properly. The bolts on the suspension were loose, my wheel alignment wasn’t done properly or they didn’t do it at all and my long-range fuel tank was dented in the process of installing the suspension. It was installed the first week of August and have barley driven my car due to lockdown thankfully.I spoke to some 4bie friends who got their lift done by them and they had similar issues.
