Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

Location is unbeatable on Hastings street. Service is warm, inviting and friendly. Champagne/drink station on arrival was a welcomed touch. We had a king room overlooking the pool shared with our 1 year old baby. Room was large, specious and clean. Staff included a nappy bin and cot which was handy. Highly recommend. Great family holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic personal service that goes the extra mile!. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!In an industry that currently has challenges finding employees and retaining them, I was impressed to receive such personal and great service. It is very rare (unless a regular guest) to receive such personal, timely and professional service from management and a GM. We booked direct and contacted the hotel with some special requests, all were delivered and during probably one to the busiest weeks for the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and what you would expect from Sofitel/Accor in a resort town. Hotel has an excellent location and close to restaurants and bars, all walking distance with a 3 year old. Thank you Mark W and Sheridan S for all your efforts and going the extra mile! You are both a credit to the hotel.

We stayed at the Sofitel Noosa as a business trip and could not fault the experience. Everyone was so warm and accommodating, offering drinks on arrival, answering my silly questions and always greeting us with a smile. The room was beautiful and had a spa. We were in the basic room but it felt far from basic to us. We were very happy and would highly recommend.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our holiday.From the sec we got here until we left, there is nothing but warm welcome big smile on every staff’s face, and lot of thoughtful room service amenities that bring the staying experience to another luxurious level.Staying here was like a dream.We would love to come back again on our next holiday.

The Sofitel is lovely and our three-night stay was faultless. It is five stars all round. I will not take a star away, but a powerpoint on bedside table would have been appreciated. I wear hearing aids - old, you know - but that is the only thing I would change. Buffet breakfast was gorgeous and the staff were fantastic.

Dated hotel but I love the spacious rooms. Here for 2 events and noticed they kept recycling food day after day. Biggest objection is the staff took great pleasure in denying points allocation as I was there as a group.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in a 2 storey villa. Accommodation generally good condition and some updating would enhance the stay eg remove/deep clean stained carpets. Great location and nice pool. Good breakfast and sunset bar. Pool side service inconsistent as was the turndown service.

Great experience at Sofitel NoosaWe had our family vacation there with our two children.Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Spacious room with great views. Convenient location next to the beach and on the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops.Perfect for all our family.

Expensive in comparison to other 5 star hotel. Spending more than 600$ a night, i would expect better service and luxury. No milk in the mini bar fridge. Noted dust above the mini bar and spider crawling at the ceiling. Forget to take a picture though..5 star hotel?
