I’m open to try new places and love to grab a coffee. I was met by a friendly chef who took my order , checked a table and as everyone looked attended to I waited. 15 mins later still no coffee! The staff lacked enthusiasm yet the tables were almost full - this indicated to me people enjoy the coffee!

Possibly the worse breakfast experience I’ve had. Let’s start off with the positives the young man bringing out food was polite.The only reason I didn’t complain was I don’t to ruin the day of someone who seems to be very happy.Let’s talk about the negatives… how can you order Eggs on toast and get more tomatoes then eggs… it felt like the chef served me a single scrambled egg for four pieces of toast and about 8 slices of burnt tomato’s.My mate ordered chips with eggs, the chips lacked any signs of golden colour and on the bigger ones seemed to be still white and uncooked in the centre. The dish was ordered with a side of bacon and sausage, if you are gonna have sides make them all the same price and don’t have varying side sizes that come in a separate plate rather then on the same plate. On the topic of bacon not sure if it’s still supposed to say Oink when served but it was so undercooked I thought it would get up and walk off the plate.All of this after a 30 minute wait; what a joke and after looking at prior complaints this isn’t the first time. Maybe the owner and management need to take some customer feed back and change it up.

Paid extra today for my coffee public holiday surcharge - ok fine.Charged extra for syrup and of course get home to drink my brew and suprise surprise no syrup!!! Not busy and still couldn't get it right. Ordinary at best

Ive never had such poor service, a coffee and muffin was too much for the boy working here, the muffin had to be asked for as it never arrived, the coffee was long gone before it arrived with no apology for having forgotten. It was so dry it needed a coffee to get it down. Not a good experience

We were 6 of us for lunch. 3 of them were cold , 1 waited for 20 mins . Service was very slow , will not eat there again . Very disappointed, especially between us we spend $130

Ordered a toasted sandwich, it was not just 3 people seated. Went to another shop around 10 mins later came back and the 3 staff members were standing around chatting whole 3 cups of coffee sat there waiting for domebody to deliver tgem to the table. I adked how long my sandwich would take to be told, oops.... not even started. No apology. Not the first time this had happened. Very slack service.

I love the scones here best in a long time- the menu however is confusing as it has eggs and chips on its breakfast menu and also a massive breakfast which is really a lunch and costs 40 dollars but they do not have a simple bacon and eggs breakfast or a bacon Sandwich or such breakfast items and only available until 11 am so if you want the 40 meal for lunch it is unavailable please change your menu or at least add bacon and eggs

The coffee is good, being Merlo roasters.They seemed to have recently changed their menu up and offered fewer things as a result. All great breakfast items, not so great in the afternoon. Food is also considerably pricey, however you are getting your moneys worth in the end.
