Peacock Bros.

We recently purchased our second barcode printer through Peacock Bros. Whilst we had no problems with our first purchase, the second has been an absolute debacle. The sales staff seem terribly incompetent. It took 9 emails back and forth over a period of 9 days before we received an invoice. From the date of payment of the invoice, it was almost two weeks before the printer was delivered to us. When the printer arrived, they had not included a printer ribbon. At no point during the sales process were we advised that the printer required a ribbon. Perhaps we should have known, but it seems like this is something that a competent sales person would notice. It took another 2 weeks for the printer ribbon to arrive. We have been unable to get the printer to print correctly, and Peacock Bros will not provide after-sales support unless we pay for a 1hr service call ($275) or sign on to a support contract ($99). Both our IT department, and our software provider have been unable to configure this printer. We will not be purchasing through Peacock Bros again, and would caution anyone considering purchasing through them.

All the problems that I have had previously were no longer and issue, it was an absolute relief and have moved all of my brands labelling requirements to the Peacock Brothers.They also had label applicator solutions and I purchased an Primera Label applicator and they could customise the label rolls and sizes to fit it. A complete label solution and they made it so simple, easy and quick!

Have used plenty of label companies in my industry and ever since we started with Peacocks I won't look back. I have now taken all my jobs to them as they have the capacity but still focus on the most important thing... customer service. Marcus has helped my visions on creating amazing labels come to fruition. Highly rated!

Fantastic service, quick delivery and follow up service. Had reason to buy a stand up desk from Peacock Bros due to a bad back and the desk was delivered within 48 hours. Very easy to use (essentially the item arrives full assembled) and the on desk / wireless charger is a great accessory.
