Went here to get my old shellac polish off and to be re done after regrowth.They were a bit all over the place sharing me between 3 staff members.What i found odd was the man grinded all my nails down (my natural nail that didnt have any polish on it at all) then proceeded to tell me that now they are too thin and flimsy and tried to upsell me to sns.They put the shellac on but very few layers and my nails now bend with no strength to even pick off a sticker (from being grinded down) and the shellac has cracked and fallen off after 1 day. Where as a lovely place i got them done originally while on holidays lasted over 4 weeks! Such a waste of money and now will take months for healthy nail to regrow!So unless you want your natural nail to be ruined id avoid.

took my mum in to get her nails done for the first time, she wanted basic and nude base with a white french tip, and they absolutely failed to do the basic. i told them it wasn’t what we wanted, so they attempted to fix it by painting over it. the shape was uneven, had chunks missing from the sides, and still charged full price. both me and mum were absolutely gutted with the outcome!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Worst ever customer service I have ever seen. The staffs did not listen to what I wanted and when I corrected them they act so rude and made me uncomfortable.Won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went here to get a manicure before my 21st birthday party. While their pricing is quite good and my nails look pretty cool, the communication skills of the people working here were not the best, though as it was towards the end of the day it was understandable they were tired. I showed a photo of what I would like, a pink and purple marble effect, and when I attempted to correct the person working on me and redirect to what I wanted, they got irritated and made me feel very uncomfortable. My nails technically look good, but instead of a marble effect they look like candy stripes. Not at all what asked for, even though I showed a photo of what I wanted.

Although the staff were lovely, these were the worst nails I've ever had. Because they were really busy and had only one experienced person working, it took twice as long.One girl (let's call her girl 1)showed another(girl 2)how to take off the acrylic. Girl 2 did it, it took ages and the experienced one had to come fix it.Girl 1 came back and started to apply acrylic. When she was done, she left.They were uneven and bumpy.I told experienced girl, who got the acrylic out and tried to fix them.I told her again that they had were uneven.She tried to buff them but it made little difference.Girl 2 came back and applied shellac.The nails were bumpy, rough and just horrible. On the plus side they did last 2 weeks until I was able to get to my regular salon.

Brilliant job on both nails -sns and shellac toes! The hand massage to top it off was unexpected, but very nice! Thankyou, ill definitely be coming back:)

I am really pleased with the service provided. I have always experienced lifting of my SNS nails done at other Salons (around 2 weeks after application) but I have not experienced this once at Daisy Nails. My recent set was 3 weeks old without any lifting and I could have stretched it out further if I had not have broken a nail.

Unfortunately I paid $40 for a French manicure and it started all chipping off a week later. Really disappointed. Won't be back.

I asked for removal of my SNS and a manicure with a clear coat.They just removed the SNS then asked me to wash my hands and said I was done didn’t even file my nails properly so I had to ask them to file them again.I paid $25 for a soak off of SNS pretty much.They didn’t cut my cuticles, shape my nails or even take the SNS off properly I’m now just doing it myself at home until I can go to my usual place.Seriously don’t know how they stay in business as this is my second visit to the salon and both times I got overcharged and literally the worst nails Ive seen.Just to add I’ve never put up a bad review of somewhere!This place is just that bad I don’t want other people wasting there time.
