Always friendly staff and great products. Although recently have noticed some empty shelves. Would imagine to do with flooding over east. Would recommend it

Absolutely appalling and racist treatment from the customer service assistant named Karma.On the 06th of February I was checking out my items at Coles Innaloo when I was racially profiled. Karma stood behind for several minutes, watching me closely and kept lurking as I checked out. I didn’t notice at first until I realised someone was persistently watching me. She did not offer for help at all. I was NOT struggling with the checking out process and didn’t require help at any moment. Matter of fact, I purchased the entirety of items which were in my shopping bag. There were at least 07 other customers checking out at the same time as me and all her attention was on me for SEVERAL minutes. Interestingly I was the only Black person checking out. Coincidence ? I think not. It wasn’t until I turned around and looked at her to express my anger and discomfort that she backed off and even got jumpy since I caught her doing what she knew was absolutely unacceptable.This is the typical shopping experience of Afro descendants in Australia.Do better Coles. ITrain your staff and teach them basic human decency. It’s 2023. Such racial and tired stereotypes, abuse and mistreatment shouldn’t exist. My shopping experience was single-handedly made unbearable, dehumanising, and humiliating.I left a note to the manager and never got any response.

I love going Coles, there is always something to buy, great locked in prices and 1/2 prices

Coles is one of the foremost supermarkets offering fresh foods and produce. With ever rising prices, I mainly purchase items on offers unless otherwise to stretch every dollar and cent. Coles, is my family's choice!

Always good, cannot fault anything. But GREER at the Deli section is the star, Knowledgeable and courteous. Great customer care skills. Always willing to help. Keep it up.

Went here at midday, quite alot of people around with full trolleys. Only 3 checkouts open and they keep closing them after 1 customer, and then opened another right next to it. Would probably be atleast 5 people waiting per checkout. Need to open more checkouts during the day as it is busy.

Definitely worth going if you need a wide range of items! This place is huge

Kerry-Anne needs a serious attitude adjustment. I asked for bags several times which she ignored and blamed on me being passive aggressive when I have been in and out of hospital recovering from a nose injury. Even going far enough to tell me to take off my mask off as I don’t need it and having the gaul to be dismissive after I explain my reasoning. Recovering injured customers shouldn’t have to deal with this lack of understanding pathetic service.
