Floors Plus Carpet Court

Salesman organised a visit quickly and returned a quote relatively quickly but was unprofessional. He came to measure without any sample books and couldn’t remember what he was measuring although we had spoken the day before. Then he had to revise the quote as he had also forgotten we were removing the existing carpet. Traveled to the store to look at samples and a colleague showed us a range in the correct price range as per the quote we had. However once we chose a carpet we liked the original salesman said it had actually increased in cost from the label shown. I felt that this was a sneaky tactic on top of unprofessional behaviour to that point. I emailed to tell him why we wouldn’t go ahead and never heard another word. There are a lot of carpet shops out there, no need to stand for this mucking about.

Had the most beautiful carpet installed in my daughters bedroom. Friendly service and no long wait on installation. Will be getting the rest of our house carpeted soon. Thank you!

Tom was an excellent consultant who helped us find what we wanted, instillation was great, we made a mistake by overpaying and it was sorted by Rosie the next day before we had even alerted them. I cannot give them six stars but wish I could.

Tom is a real professional, helped us get the carpet we needed and kept us fully informed along the way. Carpet installers did an awesome job, polite and considerate.Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the service from Floors Plus Marleston. Very poor at returning phone calls. Please check your quote very carefully. They would not commit to an install date until we had paid a 50% deposit. We were quoted a price, yet the day the installers commenced, we were contacted and advised it was going to cost an additional $1300. This was after we were hassled to pay the remaining 50% that morning. We really had no choice other than to pay the extra. The installers took an extra day and a half and then did not finish the job properly. I had to constantly chase Floor Plus to have the job completed satisfactorily. I would definitely NOT recommend these guys.
