So Nik and She is a little piece of heaven! All your fave designers right here in our coastal town of Coffs Harbour. With an accessory for everything you are sorted from head to toe. With scents to wear and fill your home with fragrance you won’t be disappointed. Always a joy walking in. The new fit out is superb and customer service is always 10/10.

Jade was Phenomenal! She was patient, gave me the time and space and was highly informed on all her brands. Great! Highly Recommend!

Clothing and accessories stocked are nice (reason for the one star) however the appalling service and lack of sizing outweigh any positives here. It took about 10 minutes of browsing to be greeted, then the assistant thought it was more important to go and get herself a coffee than to serve customers. After finding out about this store online a couple of years ago I was looking forward to walking in when I was on holidays from Brisbane - what a mistake!

Such a lovely presented store with a great range of gorgeous clothing. I was looking for a nice dress for my wife and the staff greeted me immediately even though they were busy and were extremely helpful in helping me pick out the perfect dress I was looking for

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this business after my first (and last) experience. After placing an online order on 20 March, I received an email on 21 March confirming that their online inventory was incorrect, and the item I had ordered was in fact not in stock. I was very accommodating and thanked Jayde for informing me, and opted for the refund instead of an alternative size when I replied on 23 March. On 11 June (10 weeks later!), I still hadn't received the refund and emailed Jayde to followup. Nine days later, I still had not received a reply or the refund. I resorted to phoning the store on 20 June and Shelley confirmed the refund had not been processed and she kindly actioned. I appreciate that small businesses are busy and staffing can be a challenge, but completely ignoring customer emails when your online store has shown an inaccuracy and you've missed processing a refund after many months is not a good way to attract new business or retain customers.

I shop at Nik & She for my wife and I find the staff are always friendly and willing to help with what I want. They greet me with a smile and say your back, so that's a big plus.Thank you
