Care and customer service is way way way over and above fantastic! I have Covid but I needed more flu tabs. They let me pay for it over the phone and then brought it to my car so that I did not have to go in public spaces and possibly infect others. Thank you so much, Mary :-)

I’ve had the best service from the lady Pharmacist at Quakers Court shops,she has a pony tail I actually can’t pronounce her name,she is the most helpful person I’ve ever met,nothing is to much trouble,she helped me unblock my IPad one day,just a treasure she is.Thank you.Her name is Gaytree.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Pharmacy Nutrition Warehouse Quakers Hill. Everyone from the Pharmacist to the front cashier are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They have gone out of their way to know their customers and really create a neighbourhood style Pharmacy. Keep up the great work.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful . If they don't have what you need in stock, they are happy to get it in for you. Since I have been self isolating, they have been delivering my scripts and pharmacy shopping to my door, free of charge. Highly recommend.

Price for prescription medications comparable to chemist warehouse, will definitely come again after the good recommendation from my colleague.Latest update - price has gone up lately, went back to chemist warehouse which is the cheapest.

I’m new to the Quakers Hill area, and staff here are very lovely. My script requires my medications to be ordered, however upon pickup my specialist had written my script wrong and the pharmacist went out of her way to rectify the issue (when she could’ve just as well sent me away). 10/10 customer service :))

A little bit annoyed at my most recent experience here. I got my vaccination at the pharmacy and they didnt update my immunisation history. I called 4 times to attempt to have it rectified over 2 weeks. It still wasnt showing up on my medicare immunisations. I ended up having to call my doctor and getting them to fix it. Disrespectful of my time having to chase this to sort it out, and stressful since immunisation will impact the freedoms we can soon access. The doctor fixed it easily, so Im not even sure why it was so difficult for the pharmacy!

I always get my prescriptions filled out here. The ladies in the back are extremely kind and respectful while the staff out the front are pleasant to deal with. I’ve stopped using the Pharmacy on Douglas Rd due to obnoxious, unpleasant staff and their prickly demeanour; this one on the contrary is better in all aspects by a country mile!
