We just completed building our custom build multi units with Patel Building Group.Staffs and Builder was a fantastic addition in helping make our goals happen. Looking forward to do more build with Patel Building Group is near future. We highly recommend to first home buyers and developers.

This was our second building project with Patel Building Group. This time is a townhouse project for our investment. The townhouse packages that Patel Building Group offers are generous, well-equipped and of high standards for a turn-key package offer. The package well-suited for investors and for first-home-owners. The built went very smooth with only minor delay and handover process was a breeze. It's been another great experience for us building with Patel Building Group. We would recommend them to anyone who wants an enjoyable house building experience with very high quality outcome at the end!

recently had very bad experience with this builder. In experience builder and sale person. Sales person doesn't know how to talk with customers. Stay away from this guys. Find more reliable builders if you are looking to build your dream home.

My Wife and I started our investment home journey with patel builders. Our journey started when we met with VIJAY and SACHIN who is the sales consultant. He was honest and very helpful and although this process , he had always been there and making sure we have all our questions answered and timeline and expectation are communicated beforehand. We believe VIJAY is one of the strongest asset in the industry. He is very knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions we have, always there when we needed him, and made the process extremely smooth for us. Started my build with Patel Building Group in 2021. Although the road was a little long due to material delays and a shortage of tradespeople, Patel Building Group were always fantastic with their communication as to what was happening.That being said, it was worth the wait. Don't say its a fake. You should have given the best service before giving the reply. You guys are dishonest and liars. Give the fake commitments. You sales person is uneducated, He doesn't know how to talk with the customer.
