The products sold by Flat Out are first class. The reels are made in Australia and the quality is superb. They are robust, excellent in design and give years of trouble free service. These products are so far ahead of reels imported from Asia that comparison is irrelevant. If you want something to work rather than buying something which looks like it might but inevitably fails, spend a bit extra, support a local manufacturer and receive a quality product.

Great concept ,water works ok , except needs to be rolled out completely without kinks , or turns .Grey water one doesn’t work at all ,as gravity feed does not open pipe still lays flat.not enough pressure to flow, even with my tank full . Don’t waste money in this one .Need to buy a new standard one now . For $30 .shame

Excellent product for my campervan. Water pipe works perfectly well and sullage pipe too. Was procrastinating for a while but I bought product due to good reviews and it has paid off. Multi reel is great for my long cables too. I love these simple yet clever products. I wish there were display shops near my local town. Lots of older campers would find these useful. I only have 5 stars but would give 10 stars

Bought a multi-reel to store a 30m tradies' extension power cord. Quality Aussie made product, easy and effective to use as advertised. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family, and will return for more!

I purchased a Flatout drinking water hose in 2010 for our first caravan which developed leaks in 2017. After chatting with Flatout they asked me to return the hose. Flatout then replaced the water hose with a new hose which appears to be better quality than the original. Many thanks to Dennis from Flatout for his excellent service and information. I love the design and ease of storage of these hoses and will continue to recommend them to other caravan travellers.

Brought this product 20yrs ago, water hose reel, sullage hose reel and power lead reel and all are still functioning faultlessly to this date.If you think you are saving money by purchasing something similar you are deceiving yourself.
