Very unprofessionalI wasn’t able to be home to receive our $1,700 item and had organised to receive a call from NL to reschedule delivery date. Instead of receiving a call, NL courier ignored their own coms and just dropped our very expensive item on our driveway, accessible & in plan sight to all.I provided their customer service feedback but they couldn’t even be bothered responding.Very unprofessional

They are not the cheapest, they are not the fastest and maybe that doesn't matter much. What does matter is that Northline are unable to keep their commitments, three times they have promised to deliver and three times they failed to show up. Not good enough. How many more attempts will it take? ... It took 4. They got it on the 4th promise.

I don't usually leave reviews since I know mistakes happen and I am a very patient person to begin with but I just need for everyone to know my experience with Northline.Horrible experience. Booked with them via FastCourier (which is also another nightmare).They are not the cheapest. I think they are the 4th or 5th from the list. I booked two boxes to be picked up (1kg and 10.5kg). When they collected the boxes, the guy didn't bring any trolley so he said he will come back because he didn't expect one of the boxes is heavy. Duh! The weight was stated during the booking. How come he didn't know. Nonetheless, it was a good start because they pick it up within the given time range.The ETA is 2 business days so I check with the recipient on the 3rd business day but still not delivered. I emailed FastCourier because shipment status is still Book for Collection" so I don't know what's going on. After a couple of email exchanges (because they are also a nightmare)

The unprofessional freight company can’t make delivery to my property because I live close to roundabout….Very nice reason.My item whole week stayed at same city with me but not able to delivered!!!!!I'm paid for the delivery $150.Thanks for good long weekend

WORST FREIGHTING EXPERIENCE EVER. Had to give one star as the option for zero was not available. Horrible communication from start to finish. Organized for freight of a custom dining table from Qld to SA and the service couldn't have been worse. Our hands were tied as this is the only company that goes between these destinations. DO NOT USE NORTHLINE COURIERS. They cut corners and costs. Highly dissatisfied.

Waited on phone 10 minutes BEFORE I was connected to agent. Delivery was picked up from QLD on 4th and it being now the 15th still has yet to be delivered due to a holdup with 2nd party pickup. This has resulted in major disruption to our production plant!!

I have ordered some parts from Brisbane and the delivery company was Northline and I have received the items damaged by them when I come to claim a refund for the damage items they said we are not responsible for the damage I have attached these photos that it is clearly showing the damage items.I advise people who want to use this company to stop using it because they don’t care about the packagesThanks
