These guys have gone above and beyond and above and beyond again! They helped my get my 3900x earlier than expected by chasing up suppliers to speed up the process to my front door! They have been exceptionally skilled in customer service and communication as well.These guys truly care about their customers, a real rarity in I.T these days, let alone retail in general!Please support this company and it's culture of support as they truly care about speed of service and caring for their customers.AAA COMPANY! I built my first PC with my parts coming exclusively from Austin Computers. Once purchased, I needed to go through a security check due to the amount of parts purchased (which was very reassuring). Unfortunately there was a faulty part. Of course is not their fault as they are the reseller and do not test parts for legal purposes. The support staff including Ricky He, were incredible with their ability to reply to my emails quickly and find solutions to my problem, which was the ram. He was able to identify the issue with my PC (no signal to the monitor) and send replacement parts in a small amount of time. After that experience, I’ll certainly be buying future products there and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for parts. I understand some reviews say otherwise, however it is in my opinion that Austin Computers are the place to go to.

Great place for a PC build. As a beginner in first in PC building. Service here was amazing, Ricky completely understood my needs and wants and recommended me parts for that. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to build a PC experienced or unexperienced.

Customer service is incredible..(RICKY) SPECIALLY IS A SPECIAL ONE. Perfect friendliness with smart attitude for selling genuine products on really good price...was gone to buy a single part but since his good behaviour i ended up buying a whole computer from AUSTIN COMPUTERS. I'm writing this coming from someone who has worked in IT for many years and worked or dealt with virtually all of the online stores" in Australia.I was very pleasantly surprised by the can do attitude and willingness to listen to me as a customer and help me with my particular needs when I purchased some components from Austin Computers last year. I now unfortunately have had to make a warranty claim (obviously not the stores fault) and the same sales person has jumped right in and ushered me through the process with the same respectful and positive attitude that I received during the process of buying my hardware. It's customer service and other companies would do wisely to look at what they are doing here.I can tell you that even though I don't live in Sydney in future I will make purchases through Austin Computers. 5 Stars"

Purchased a Razor soundbar from their website under their 30% off sale, the website clearly had it in stock and allowed me to purchase the product. The customer service department then decided that it would email me telling me the item was not actually in stock, however instead of letting me know they would order one and ship it out when it arrived they went on to say that due to no fault of their own they would not honour the sales discount on a back order nor send the product and proceeded to refund the money. This was followed up with a ToS claim that no back orders would be available for the sale discount. So it seems that no company these days is responsible for the WMS systems nor their online shopfront being up to date... such a shame that there is no customer service these days.

Had a very smooth experience with this place and Ricky He has been very attentive to my needs on ensuring I was able to upgrade my laptop and he even managed to get it done within the same day as I needed to use my laptop the following day. There was an ongoing issue with my screen and he was able to troubleshoot it without me asking for it. Truly a great customer experience. Will definitely come here again.

Sent a 128GB SSD instead of the 500GB SSD I had ordered. Customer service won't fix their mistakes and send out the correct drive. Once contacted the blame was shifted to Google shopping, and I was refused to recieve the correct storage. On top of an already terrible first experience, the item is yet to arrive, and it's had a full week of express postage to get here within Australia.Save your hard earned cash and shop elsewhere, somewhere more reliable like PCcasegear, Mwave, Scorptec.

Very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to buying parts to build my PC.After building, I was unable to get a signal to my monitor, so I took it back to the shop. The customer service was amazing, as Ricky not only took the effort to personally inspect the PC and test the individual components, but also replaced the faulty hardware and made sure the PC was finally working.I highly recommend this store to anyone as it is rare to find such quality and caring service anywhere else. I will definitely be visiting again.

Staff at Austin were honestly amazing!Communication was hands down some of the best I have seen from a retailer, was only my first order but will gladly return for future purchases.
