It took more than 2 month to get the bond back. Marta never answered phone after I vacated. I had to call her more than 10 times a day .She complaint about cleaning and I arranged a cleaner again. Cleaner called her and made an appointment to get the key. But she didn't come on time ,so cleaner had to wait for her for 2 hours to get in.She is the most unprofessional and unkind person I have ever met. She is nice and smiling only until people sign the lease contract. After then ...Worst..

In over 1 year of renting through them their offices havent answered the phone once. We have repairs needed that are 2 months old. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

Marta is amazing!!!!! She is so profession, easy to deal with and handles things promptly. Most of all I love how great she is with communicating and getting back you you. Marta is an asset to any property :)

Had to go to court just to try and get the bond back. Alex never answers calls or texts or emails or anything, but the SECOND we were late on rent, he emailed us straight away. Even when I emailed that email, still didn’t get a response. Worst people to work with. Can’t get into contact at all. Useless people

I have had my 3 properties managed by Aligned Property Group for number of years now. Never had any issues, always rented out promptly, inspections and reports done on time, good communication, fees very reasonable and overall great company to deal with... Highly recommended!

Sadly, Marta displays an unprofessional and disinterested approach to her profession. As a Property Manager, she lacks the ability/care to resolve problems. Folks, if youre looking for a professional to trust with your asset, this isnt the agency for you.
